LUXDECORATIONSUSA ships to addresses within the United States only.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive within 3 to 14 business days.
Our range ships from more than one warehouse, so the window depends on the item you order. The quickest items arrive in around 3 to 5 business days. Items travelling from further away take 8 to 14 business days. If you order several items together they may arrive separately, and each will have its own tracking.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and severe weather can add a few days.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $75.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If the tracking has not moved for more than five business days, or your estimated window has passed, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
